Shareholders are advised that the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at
the annual general meeting of Exxaro shareholders held on Thursday, 19 May 2011,
were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolution will be submitted for filing, as applicable, at the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
