RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcements published on SENS on 10 December 2010, 07 February
2011 and 23 March 2011 relating to the terms of the main loan agreement,
shareholders are advised that the Company is still undergoing discussions to
renegotiate the terms of the conversion of the loan with Escalator Capital
Limited ("Escalator").
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that they should continue to exercise
caution when dealing in their securities until a further announcement in this
regard is made.
