JUBILEE IN PRELIMINARY DISCUSSIONS AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Jubilee announces that it has received an approach and held preliminary
discussions regarding the making of a possible offer for the Company. At this
stage there is no certainty that an offer will be made or as to the terms of any
offer.
Jubilee is centrally managed and controlled outside of the United Kingdom,
Channel Islands and Isle of Man and is not subject to the City Code on Takeovers
and Mergers.
CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Jubilee is required to follow the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited as its primary regulator and the Takeover
Regulations of the Takeover Regulation Panel . Accordingly shareholders are
advised to exercise caution when dealing in their shares until a further
announcement is made.
