CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the Board of Directors of AdaptIT ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Patrick C.M. September who served as an independent non-executive
director on the board, has after a short illness, passed away on the morning
of 22 May 2011.
Prior to his death, Mr September served as a highly respected and integral part
of the board, both in the role of Chairman of the Risk Management Committee as
well as providing entrepreneurial leadership and good corporate governance in
the areas of strategy, performance and people management.
Mr September`s appointment to the board in 2009 followed an impeccable track
record having served as a non-executive director of Gold Reef Resorts Limited
since 2007.
The board wishes to pass their sincere condolences on to the September family.
