CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Shareholders are advised that Mr. PW van der Merwe has been appointed as an
executive director of the company with effect from 24 May 2011.
Mr PW van der Merwe was appointed as Managing Director of Brokrew Industrial
(Pty) Limited on 23 February 2010 and as this subsidiary is one of the major
components of the Group, his representation and participation on the Kairos
Board will be invaluable.
