Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 21 April 2011 in
respect of the capital being raised by the Company ("the capital raising"). At
an extraordinary general meeting held on 9 May 2011, shareholders passed the
requisite resolutions to facilitate the successful implementation of the capital
raising. The Company is presently reviewing all possible implications associated
with the re-launch of the capital raising, which process is expected to conclude
by no later than the first week of June 2011.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
