DETAILED CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of the Company have
received two separate offers in relation to two projects held by the group,
being, an offer to acquire the Lagos development as well as an offer to acquire
the Wedgewood development.
The board is currently reviewing and evaluating the offers and will advise
shareholders of any decisions made in this regard.
