CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Yunus Karodia has accepted a
request to be reappointed company secretary with immediate effect until
conclusion of the company`s 2012 annual general meeting. This reappointment
will ensure appropriate level of support to the board and management during
the Group`s pending leadership change.
Mr Andrew Langham, Financial Director of Murray & Roberts Limited, will
relinquish his position as interim company secretary on publication of this
notice. He will continue in his current role as Financial Director.
