dispatched to shareholders today.
As the reviewed financial information published on SENS on 7 February 2011
remains unchanged, the Company will not be issuing an abridged report.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be
held at the Company`s registered office, 1 Copper Road, Phalaborwa on Tuesday 28
June 2011 at 09h00 to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting forming part of the annual financial statements.
