DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING
Trencor has distributed its annual financial statements in respect of the year
ended 31 December 2010 and they are unchanged from the reviewed results released
on SENS on 28 February 2011 and posted to shareholders on 4 March 2011.
The annual general meeting will be held on Thursday, 30 June 2011 at 1313 Main
Tower, Standard Bank Centre, Heerengracht, Cape Town, commencing at 15:00 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the annual financial statements. Provision has been made for
shareholders or their proxies who prefer to attend in Johannesburg to
participate in the meeting by means of a video link from Investec Bank Limited,
3rd floor M4, 100 Grayston Drive, Sandown, Sandton.
