LIFTING OF SUSPENSION OF MR. W. VAN COLLER
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 31 March 2011
advising shareholders of the Board`s decisions to suspend Mr. Wally van Coller
("Mr. Van Coller") as an executive director of the Company with immediate
effect, pending an investigation.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the investigation has found that the
grounds for the suspension of Mr. Van Coller could not be substantiated.
Accordingly, the suspension of Mr. van Coller as managing director of William
Tell was uplifted today with immediate effect.
