NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Integrated Annual Report containing audited annual financial statements for
the Company for the year ended 28 February 2011 was posted to shareholders on 26
May 2011. There has been no change from the audited results for the year ended
28 February 2011 released on SENS on 25 May 2011 and the Integrated Annual
Report. The annual financial statements were audited by the Company`s auditors,
Deloitte & Touche and their report is available for inspection at the Company`s
registered office.
The Integrated Annual Report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the
Company, which will be held at Block A, 28 on Sloane Street, Sloane Street,
Bryanston, Johannesburg on 24 June 2011 at 09:00am.
