RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on the
Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on 8 April 2011
wherein the board and shareholders of the Vunani Property Investment Fund (Pty)
Ltd. ("VPIF") passed a resolution, authorising VPIF to list on the main board of
the JSE.
The board is in the process of obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals
required, and accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is
made.
