NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Zeder shareholders are advised that the company`s 2011 annual report, containing
the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2011, was
dispatched to shareholders on Tuesday, 24 May 2011, and contains no
modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on Monday, 11
April 2011. The annual report has also been made available at www.zeder.co.za.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Zeder will be held at
Webersburg, Webersburg Wines, Annandale Road, Stellenbosch on Wednesday, 15 June
2011 at 09h30 to transact the business as set out in the notice of the Annual
General Meeting which was posted separately to shareholders on Friday, 13 May
2011.
The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to
be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting will be Friday, 10 June 2011,
with the last day to trade being Friday, 3 June 2011.
