CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that in order to comply with the provisions of the
newly enacted Companies Act, 2008:
- Tony Welton has stepped down from his position as chairman and member of
the Audit Committee, but remains on the board as a non-executive director;
and
- Richard Bruyns has been appointed as interim chairman of the Audit
Committee.
