Further to the cautionary announcement published on 12 April 2011, shareholders
are advised that the discussions regarding the proposed restructuring of Brokrew
Industrial (Pty) Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Kairos) is still ongoing
and a detailed announcement pertaining to the restructuring will be published in
due course. Until such time that the detailed announcement is published,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities.
