FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement dated Wednesday, 15 December 2010, renewed on
Friday, 28 January 2011, Friday, 25 February 2011 and on Tuesday, 12 April 2011
regarding the expression of interest to effect the buy-out and delisting of
Mustek by a consortium led by the company`s chief executive officer, David Kan
and the Trinitas Private Equity Fund, shareholders are advised that discussions
are still in progress and are therefore required to continue exercising caution
when dealing in the company`s securities.
