Board Changes
The Company announces that in accordance with the decision of the directors to
reduce the Board to the minimum size stipulated in the Articles, as set out in
the 2010 Annual Report, Nicholas Farr-Jones, a Non-executive Director of the
Company, does not intend to stand for re-election at this year`s annual general
meeting. Mr Farr-Jones will cease to be a director of the Company following the
Company`s AGM due to be held at 11.00am on 24 June 2011.
In addition Jerome Brauns, also a Non-executive Director of the Company has
indicated that he will tender his resignation as such following the Company`s
AGM, thus achieving the reduced number of directors with effect from the end of
the AGM.
Michael McMahon, Chairman of CRG commented:
"Nick has been with the Company since it was founded in 2007, whilst Jerome
joined the Company in February 2010. The board would like to thank both Nick and
Jerome for their contributions as directors and wish them all the best for the
future."
