Shareholders are referred to the O-line circular, dated 31 March 2011, and the
SENS announcements dated 29 December 2010, 08 April 2011 and 10 May 2011, which
provided details of the specific share repurchase.
Shareholders are hereby notified that 25 076 250 O-line ordinary shares have now
been cancelled and delisted.
