ended 28 February 2011 were published on the Company`s website
(www.metmar.com) and dispatched to shareholders on 30 May 2011.
The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited
financial results which were published on SENS on 19 May 2011.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held at
Metmar`s registered office, 24 Sloane Street, Bryanston, Sandton, on
Wednesday, 3 August 2011, at 09h30.
The notice of annual general meeting does not form part of the annual
financial statements and will be posted to shareholders in due course.
