CHANGE TO BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Finbond
wishes to advise shareholders that Mr. Danie Pentz has retired, with effect from
today, as an executive director of Finbond. However, Mr Pentz will continue to
serve on the board of Finbond in the capacity of a non-executive director.
The board of Finbond wishes to thank Mr. Pentz for the various significant
contributions he has made to the Company during his tenure as executive director
and looks forward to his continued value add as a non executive director.
