Shareholders are advised that the company`s audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 28 February 2011, reflected in the annual report
posted on 31 May 2011 are unchanged from the audited results released on SENS
on 31 May 2011.
The notice of annual general meeting ("AGM"), forming part of the company`s
annual report, was posted to shareholders today. Notice is hereby given that
the AGM of the company will be held at 11h00 on Friday, 24 June 2011 at the
