In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the

At the date of this announcement, the Company`s issued share capital consists
of 860,307,528 ordinary shares of 50 pence each with voting rights. The
Company holds 1,050,000 ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights, excluding shares held in
treasury, in Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC is 859,257,528.
The above figure of 859,257,528 may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FSA`s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
