CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the company wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Yvette Neveling as
the acting financial director of Huge Group Limited with immediate effect.
The Group directors thank Yvette for her valued contributions to the board of
Huge, and wish her well in the future.
Mr James Herbst will take on the role of acting financial director until such
time as a permanent replacement is made.
