POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Ceramic shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement
published by Ceramic on SENS and in the press on 17 May 2011 and 18 May 2011
respectively, regarding the declaration of a special dividend and a specific
issue of shares for cash ("Specific Issue") and are advised that a circular
containing details of the resolutions required to implement the Specific Issue
("the Resolutions") was posted to Shareholders today.
The general meeting at which the Resolutions will be proposed to Shareholders
will be held at Farm 2, Old Potchefstroom Road, Vereeniging on 4 July 2011 at
10:00.
