CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board of Directors ("the Board") of African Brick wish to inform
shareholders that Mr Willem Andreas (Chris) Strydom has resigned as a Non-
Executive Director and Premium Corporate Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd ("Premium
Corporate") have resigned as Company Secretary with effect from Tuesday 31 May
2011.
Mr Burgert Blom, currently the Financial Director of the Group, will also assume
the role of Company Secretary to African Brick with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Strydom and Premium Corporate for their efforts and
contribution to the Board.
