Appointment of non-executive director
Keaton Energy has announced the appointment of Mr Dirk Jonker to its Board of
Directors as a non-executive director with effect from 31 May 2011.
Mr Jonker (60), a Dutch national, is Managing Director of Gunvor International
BV and is based in Amsterdam. Mr Jonker is a senior business executive with
many years` experience in international commodity trading and processing.
Dr David Salter, Chairman of Keaton Energy, welcomed Mr Jonker`s appointment and
said: "We look forward to the contribution that Dirk will make to the Board; his
international perspective and commodity trading experience should prove
invaluable."
