CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of QPG ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Ms Madeleine du Plessis has been appointed as Financial
Director, with effect from 1 July 2011.
Madeleine is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in
the property development and financial services industries. For the past
year, she has been engaged in an analytical capacity in the asset management
industry and, prior to that, she served as a Group Financial Manager in the
property development industry for a period of six years. She also spent two
and half years in London with Ernst & Young, gaining exposure in the
Financial Services and Corporate Finance divisions.
