Shareholders are referred to the circular dated 4 May 2011 relating to the
partial disposal to Baleine of Cape Empowerment`s interest in GPI and are
advised that all the resolutions relating thereto were unanimously approved
by all the shareholders present in person, or represented by proxy, at the
general meeting held today.
