CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Sentula ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Ms Andy Kawa has tendered her resignation as an independent non-executive
director of Sentula, with immediate effect.
The board thanks Ms Kawa for her dedicated service and contribution to Sentula
and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
