on the above company`s Audited Results for the year ended 28 February 2011 has
been qualified and also contains a modification. Shareholders are advised to
refer to the financial results to ascertain the details of the qualification and
modification.
Accordingly, the company`s listing on the JSE TRADELECT system will be annotated
with an "A and E" to indicate the qualification and modification. The
annotations will be removed when the company`s auditor`s report no longer
contains a qualification and modification.
