FURTHER UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement dated Thursday, 31 March 2011, updated on Friday, 15
April 2011, Friday, 29 April 2011 and on Monday, 9 May 2011, shareholders are
advised that the results for the year ended 31 December 2010 will be released on
or about 30 June 2011. The delay is attributed to the following reasons:
conclusion of the matters in general meeting held on Monday, 23 May 2011
relating to the request from Cape Empowerment Trust Limited, Sonset Nominees
(Proprietary) Limited and Lucysat Investments (Proprietary) Limited; and
lapsing of the agreement regarding the acquisition of Comwezi Security Services
(Pty) Limited, that had certain adjustments which had to be taken into
consideration.
