APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of Amecor is pleased to announce that Mr Christopher Hardy Boulle was appointed
to the board as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June
2011
Chris will also form part of Amecor`s remuneration and audit committees.
Chris obtained his legal qualifications (BCom LLB LLM) at the University of
the Witwatersrand, is a partner at HR Levin Attorneys Notaries and Conveyancers,
and specialises in both South African and International commercial, corporate
and tax law. He is and has been a director of several companies, one of which
is listed on the JSE, and is a trustee of numerous trusts. The Amecor Board
welcomes the integration of his skills and expertise.
