the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
OMLACSA has notified the company that it has decreased its holding in the
company by 5%, reducing its holding in the company from 154 453 475 to 103 178
765. Accordingly, OMLACSA`s holding represents 9.99% of the voting rights in the
company.
