CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Wally van Coller has resigned
as Managing Director with effect from 2 June 2011.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Van Coller for his contribution to
the Company and wishes him well for the future.
