Directors` Acquisition of Shares
Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company") has been notified that:
(i) Purchase of Shares and award of Matching Options to Soumen Das:
On 3 June 2011, Soumen Das, the Company`s Finance Director, purchased a total of
6,155 ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 177.382p per share. On the same
date, his wife Dr. Dipa Das purchased a total of 25,191 ordinary shares of 25p
at a price of 177.62p per share.
Soumen Das now holds 136,346 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
(0.020%).
Pursuant to the Company`s Matching Share Plan, on 6 June 2011 Soumen Das was
awarded 62,692 nil cost matching options with an expected vesting date of 3 June
2014. The matching shares options are subject to the performance conditions set
out in the Annual Report and Accounts 2010.
(ii) Purchase of shares by Ian Henderson:
On 6 June 2011, Ian Henderson, a Non-executive Director of the Company,
purchased a total of 25,000 shares of 25p each at a price of 176p per share. Ian
Henderson`s shareholding in the Company is now 37,601 ordinary shares of 25p
each (0.005%)
