NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Unitholders are referred to the publication of OCPF`s abridged audited results
for the year ended 31 March 2011 on SENS on Wednesday, 11 May 2011 and are
advised that the Annual Report of OCPF, which incorporates the audited annual
financial statements for the aforementioned period, was posted to unitholders on
07 June 2011, without modification to the results as set out in the
aforementioned SENS announcement.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of unitholders of OCPF
will be held at the registered office of OCPF at, 96 Upper Roodebloem Road,
University Estate, Cape Town on Thursday, 21 July 2011, commencing at 10:00
am for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit, passing with or without
modification, the resolutions contained in the notice of the annual general
meeting which forms part of the Annual Report.
