Mr Gordon Knox, Illovo`s Corporate Affairs Executive and Company Secretary,
who has held the latter position since 1986, will be retiring from the
Company on 30 November 2011.
Pursuant thereto, Illovo is pleased to announce that its board of directors
has approved the appointment of Ms Jennifer Kunst as Company Secretary with
effect from 1 November 2011.
Ms Kunst holds a BA, LLB and Dip Mar Law, and was admitted as an attorney in
1977. She has been a director of Garlicke & Bousfield Incorporated, the
Company`s principal attorneys, since 2001, being responsible for Illovo`s
account since that time. She joins Illovo during June 2011; providing a
suitable period for the hand-over of duties.
