Voluntary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 21 September 2010 and
30 September 2010, regarding the agreement between the Company`s subsidiary,
Trustco Mobile (Pty) Ltd, Econet Wireless (Private) Ltd ("Econet") and First
Mutual Life Assurance Company (Pty) Ltd ("the Parties") entered into for a fixed
period of 18 months ("the Agreement").
A dispute has arisen regarding the non payment of royalties and insurance
premiums by Econet. Consequently, Econet has been placed on terms to effect
payment. The matter has been referred to Trustco`s legal counsel for further
action, if required.
