DIVIDEND EXCHANGE RATE FOR SOUTH AFRICAN SHAREHOLDERS
Further to the announcement pertaining to the dividend, released on 27 May 2011
on SENS and the BSE, shareholders are advised that a dividend of 8.6 thebe will
be paid in Rands to shareholders registered on the South African register,
calculated at the Pula to Rand exchange rate on 6 June 2011 which was
R1.03/P1.00 and accordingly the dividend payable is 8.86 cents per share.
The salient dates remain unchanged, as below:
Last day to trade "cum" the dividend Thursday, 9 June 2011
Shares commence trading "ex" the Friday, 10 June 2011

Payment date on Friday, 8 July 2011
South African shareholders are not subject to withholding/non-resident tax. The
South African branch register will be closed for the purposes of
dematerialisation, rematerialisation and transfers between the South African
register and the SA and Botswana registers from Friday, 10 June 2011 to Friday,
17 June 2011, both dates inclusive.
