FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE CONSOLIDATION OF SHARE CAPITAL AND
THE INCREASE IN THE AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL OF CONSOLIDATED INFRASTRUCTURE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 5 May 2011 and
are advised that the special resolutions, lodged with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission ("CIPC"), relating to the consolidation of the
share capital and the increase in the authorised share capital of the company
(the "corporate actions") passed at the general meeting of the company`s
shareholders held on 15 April 2011, have now been registered by CIPC.
Accordingly, the salient dates and times relating to the corporate actions will
be as follows:

Last day to trade in existing shares on the JSE Friday, 17 June
prior to the consolidation on
Trading in consolidated shares under the new ISIN: Monday, 20 June
ZAE000153888 commences on
Record date for the consolidation and the increase Friday, 24 June
in the authorised share capital at the close of
business on
Dematerialised shareholders will have their accounts Monday, 27 June
at their CSDP or broker updated on
Date of issue of new replacement share certificates, Monday, 27 June
provided that the old share certificates have been
lodged by 12h00 on Friday, 24 June 2011, on or about
(share certificates received after this time will be
posted within 5 business days of receipt)
Note:
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of the `old` Consolidated
Infrastructure shares may take place after Friday, 17 June 2011.
