Medium Term Incentive Scheme ("the Scheme"). In terms
of the Scheme Mr B M Kodisang has been granted the
right to receive SA Corporate units. Provided Mr BM
Kodisang is still in the employ of Old Mutual Property
Pty) Limited on the 3rd anniversary of the allocation
having been made to him, Mr KM Kodisang will receive
all units so allocated to him.
