CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SecureData ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr Dean Brazier has resigned as chief executive officer with
immediate effect.
It has become increasingly evident that SecureData requires a South African
based chief executive officer. For personal reasons, Dean is unwilling to
relocate to South Africa and has, in the best interests of the Company, made the
difficult decision to resign from the Board.
The Board thanks Dean for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in
his future endeavours. The Board will make an announcement regarding the
replacement chief executive officer in due course.
