EXTENSION OF DATES OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT REGARDING THE SALE OF PINNACLE POINT
GOLF AND BEACH RESORTS
Further to the announcement on SENS on 17 May 2011, shareholders are advised
that the date for proof of funds and guarentees to be received in relation to
the sale of Pinnacle Point Golf and Beach Resorts by the German consortium by 31
May 2011 has now been extended to 30 June 2011.
A full announcement, including pro forma financial effects, will be made to
shareholders once all the conditions precedent have been met and the transaction
finalised.
