NEW FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT LISTING - AMENDMENT TO ANNOUNCEMENT
Noteholders are advised that the first paragraph of the SENS announcement that
was released on 6 June 2011 relating to the Listing of a new instrument FRS52,
is hereby amended to the following:
The JSE Limited has granted FirstRand Bank Limited the listing of its FRS52
Floating Rate Note, in terms of its ZAR30,000,000,000 Note Programme dated 24
August 2010.
