CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr Paul Fouche, the Financial Director of Imuniti, has resigned as
a director and the company secretary of the company with effect from 13 June
2011. The board wishes to thank Mr Fouche for his contribution over the years.
Mrs Jenny Etchells, a current non-executive director of Imuniti, shall assume
the role of Financial Director and Company Secretary with effect from 13 June
2011. Mrs Etchells is a Chartered Accountant who brings with her a wealth of
experience in this field, having worked both as an auditor and as the financial
director of JSE listed companies.
