CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Group are advised of the following change to the
board of directors of AMAP.
Spyros Scafidas, who is resident in Perth Australia, has been appointed as a Non
Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2011. Spyros has a graduate diploma
in marketing and has been in the appliance industry for 24 years. Having spent
20 years of his working career with the AMAP Group, Spyros held various
management positions including Executive director and Non-Executive Director
appointments. Spyros has been a part time consultant for AMAP, which
consultancy agreement ends on 30 June 2011.
