Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Datacentrix
shareholders held at the registered office of the company today, all of the
ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general
meeting were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolutions will be submitted for filing, as applicable, at the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
