DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE VOD SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for VODACOM GROUP LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to VODACOM GROUP
LIMITED (VOD). The Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 280 cents per VODNNE share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 04 July 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 24 June 2011. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 27 June 2011 and the record date
is Friday 01 July 2011.
