CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SecureData ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Ms Thabiso Moerane has resigned as an independent non-
executive director with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Thabiso for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well
in her future endeavours.
